Job Responsibilities:



Welcome guests politely and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner Manage front desk operations, including reservations and room allocations Answer phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information to guests Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations Maintain guest records and update system details accurately Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Follow hotel policies and service standards at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure calmly Team player with a positive mindset

Preferred (Optional):



Experience or training in hospitality or hotel management Knowledge of front office software (PMS) Freshers are welcome to apply
