We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the receptionist plays a key role in representing our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Manage booking and scheduling for meetings and appointments.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Order and maintain office supplies inventory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,196.00 per month
