Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills is often required. The receptionist must maintain a neat appearance and a calm demeanor, especially during busy periods. This role is vital to ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the hotel's service standards. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not always required. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary in this dynamic environment.
