RESOLVE GUEST COMPLAINTS AND HANDLE SPECIAL REQUESTS WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY.
MAINTAIN ACCURATE GUEST RECORDS AND ENSURE PROPER BILLING PROCEDURES.
COORDINATE WITH HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE TO ENSURE ROOM READINESS AND ISSUE RESOLUTION.
MAINTAIN ROOM INVENTORY AND MANAGE OVERBOOKING OR ROOM CHANGES.
ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH HOTEL POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND SERVICE STANDARDS.
IMPLEMENT AND MONITOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STRATEGIES TO INCREASE GUEST SATISFACTION SCORES.
COORDINATE WITH HIGHER MANAGEMENT TEAM ON A REGULAR BASIS REGARDING THE NEEDS AND SHORTCOMINGS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT.
