Job Description

Guest Services:

Oversee check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, resolve complaints and requests efficiently, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Operations Oversight:

Manage daily front desk activities, reservations, room assignments, lobby appearance, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Inter-departmental Coordination:

Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams for seamless service delivery.

Financial & Administrative Tasks:

Prepare reports, manage budgets, handle billing, monitor supplies, and maintain accurate records.

Revenue Optimization:

Work with revenue management to manage occupancy and rates, and oversee VIP guest information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
