The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring professional customer service, smooth visitor handling, and efficient coordination between departments. This role plays a crucial part in creating a positive impression for the company, especially in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage front office staff and daily operations.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Maintain security protocols for visitor entry and log maintenance.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Manage office supplies and inventory for front office requirements.
Provide support to HR/Admin in onboarding processes and documentation.
Prepare and maintain attendance logs and visitor records.
Ensure front office SOPs and standards are followed consistently.
