Job Description

Guest Relations:



Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Ensure guest preferences and feedback are recorded and addressed.

Operational Tasks:



Manage reservations and room assignments. Operate hotel management software for guest profiles, billing, and bookings. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration:



Act as a liaison between guests and other departments. Share necessary updates with the team to ensure seamless operations. Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
