Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Handling



Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services. Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Manage guest feedback, resolve issues, or escalate to the FO Supervisor/Manager when required. Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and proper room allocation.

Front Desk Operations



Manage room assignments and update the property management system (PMS). Process payments, billing, folio settlements, and posting of charges accurately. Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations, and no-shows based on hotel policy. Maintain guest records with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.

Communication & Coordination



Answer phone calls politely and handle all inquiries. Respond to emails and guest communications promptly. Prepare daily reports and ensure smooth handover between shifts.

Safety, Grooming & Compliance



Adhere to hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and operational guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow safety protocols. Ensure proper handling of keys, cash, and sensitive documents.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
