Job Description

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, greet guests, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. The role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately. Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain guest records. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates. Address guest complaints or requests and escalate issues to the manager when necessary. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Manage billing, payments, and maintain cash/credit card transaction records. Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to guests. Follow all safety, security, and service standards of the hotel.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office. Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
