Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle patient registrations, appointment bookings (walk-in and telephonic), and follow-up reminders.
Coordinate with doctors and support staff to manage OPD schedules and patient flow.
Maintain patient records in the hospital management system accurately.
Handle billing, payments, and provide receipts as per hospital protocols.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and provide information about hospital services.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
Address patient complaints or queries promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority.
Support administrative functions as and when require
