Key Responsibilities



Guest Services



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing their needs and preferences. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

Reservations & Communication



Manage room bookings and update reservation systems. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate guest records and payment details. Process billing, handle cash/card transactions, and prepare invoices. Monitor lobby/reception area cleanliness and ambiance.

Brand Experience



Proactively upsell rooms, packages, and resort experiences. Share information about local attractions, events, and unique resort offerings. Represent the brand's personality and uphold service standards at all times. Process billing, handle cash/card transactions, and prepare invoices. Monitor lobby/reception area cleanliness and ambiance.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
