Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to the appropriate department (Service Advisor, Insurance, Bodyshop, etc.).
Handle customer inquiries related to service bookings, delivery status, and workshop processes.
Manage the front desk operations including calls, appointments, and walk-in customer coordination.
Maintain service appointment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Assist in preparing job cards, updating customer details, and coordinating with the service team.
Inform customers about ongoing offers, service packages, and recommended maintenance.
Ensure waiting areas are clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Coordinate with billing, cashier, and service advisors to ensure smooth flow of customer vehicles.
Record customer feedback and escalate complaints to the concerned manager.
Maintain daily reports and support overall customer experience at the workshop.
