Job Summary
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the Hospital. The role focuses on providing compassionate, efficient, and accurate front desk services, ensuring a welcoming environment for expectant mothers, children, and families while supporting smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Visitor Management
Greet and assist patients, pregnant mothers, children, and attendants courteously
Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge processes
Guide patients regarding departments, doctors' schedules, and hospital services
Manage appointment scheduling and coordination with doctors and nurses
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Maintain patient records and update information in hospital management systems
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
Handle billing coordination, cash collections, and insurance documentation (if applicable)
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of patient-related forms
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and other departments for patient flow
Communicate emergency cases promptly to concerned medical teams
Assist in handling patient feedback, complaints, and queries professionally
Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
Maintain a clean, calm, and child-friendly front office environment
Follow hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and data privacy standards
Adhere to safety, infection control, and service quality guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hospital Administration / Front Office Management / Any relevant field
1-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting (preferred)
Knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS) is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience while dealing with patients
Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Work Environment
Hospital front desk with patient interaction
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays (if required)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
