Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department if needed.
Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office & welcome all visitors with smile and proper greetings and guide them properly as per their requirements.
Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
To co-ordinate with all the internal as well as external customers regarding their telephone messages and any other issues &responsible for attending a visitor or customer present at office.
Responsible for providing information about the services of the organization.
Desired Candidates should haveDegree/Diploma in Hotel management/Aviation. 2-4 years experience in hotel field. Should have knowledge about hotel operations.
Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Previous customer handling related experience of at least an year is necessary
Must possess a professional presentation
