# GREET AND WELCOME GUESTS WARMLY UPON ARRIVAL.

# HANDLE CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES EFFICIENTLY.

# MANAGE ROOM RESERVATIONS AND GUEST RECORDS ACCURATELY.

# RESPOND TO GUEST INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE COMPLAINTS PROFESSIONALLY.

# COORDINATE WITH HOUSEKEEPING AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS FOR GUEST REQUESTS.

# ANSWER PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, AND PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL SERVICES.

# UPSELL HOTEL AMENITIES, SPECIAL OFFERS, AND LOCAL ATTARCTIONS TO GUESTS.

# PREPARE DAILY REPORTS AND ASSIST IN ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AS NEEDED.

#MAINTAIN ACCURATE GUEST RECORDS AND ENSURE CONFIDENTIALITY.

# PROCESS PAYMENTS, PREPARE PROPER INVOICES, AND MAINTAIN BILLING RECORDS.

# ENSURE THE FRONT DESK AND LOBBY AREA ARE CLEAN, ORGANISED, AND PRESENTABLE AT ALL TIMES.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
