Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service.
Manage reservations, room allocations, and billing processes accurately.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages courteously and efficiently.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of room availability, rates, and guest preferences.
Handle payments, deposits, and refunds following hotel policies.
Prepare daily front office reports and assist in night auditing if required.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data entry for all guest-related activities.
Maintain high grooming and appearance standards at all times.
Adhere to the hotel's brand service standards and operational procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and security of guest information.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork within the department.
