Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean and organized manner
Manage appointments, meeting rooms, and visitor logs
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role is a plus
