Job Description

responsible for managing the front desk area and ensuring smooth operations of the front office. This role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. They also handle phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints

Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handling guest inquiries and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Making reservations and managing room assignments.
