Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel, and handling basic data entry, document preparation, and billing.
Office organization:
Maintaining the reception area, managing office supplies, and ensuring general office tidiness.
Customer service:
Acting as the first point of contact, providing information, and handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
