Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel SOPs
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when required
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details in the Property Management System (PMS)
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell Desk, and Engineering to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
Manage room assignments, upgrades, and special requests efficiently
Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with audit procedures
Maintain guest confidentiality and adhere to data privacy and security standards
Ensure the front desk area reflects hotel brand standards at all times
Support night audit or shift handover procedures as required
