The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting patients and visitors, handling appointments, and coordinating communication between departments. The role ensures smooth front-desk operations and delivers excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and relatives courteously.
Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge formalities.
Handle incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up reminders.
Guide patients to respective departments and ensure proper coordination.
Maintain records, files, and daily reporting logs in the hospital system.
Collect payments, generate receipts, and coordinate with the billing department.
Manage front desk cleanliness, patient waiting area, and ensure a calm environment.
Handle patient queries, feedback, and escalate concerns when required.
Assist doctors and nursing staff with administrative support.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital protocols.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance desk for document submission and patient support (if required).
Skills & Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1-3 years in hospital front office or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).
Pleasant personality, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
Male candidates preferred
due to shift duties and extended working hours.
