We are looking for a

Front Office Assistant

to manage our front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well-spoken, and efficient, with strong multitasking and good communication skills. This role requires a professional appearance, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner. Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews. Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Maintain visitor logs . Provide basic information to clients and candidates.
