Job Description

Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the reception desk, handling check-in/check-out procedures, managing guest queries, and ensuring smooth front office operations. The role requires a guest-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Guest Services



Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival. Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Assist guests with reservations, room allocation, and luggage coordination. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

2. Front Desk Operations



Manage daily front office tasks, including room registration, cashiering, and billing. Ensure accuracy in updating guest records, room status, and housekeeping coordination. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate departments. Handle email communication related to reservations and guest services.

3. Cashiering & Billing



Prepare and settle guest bills accurately. Maintain cash float and carry out daily cash reconciliation. Process payments through various modes, including cash, cards, and digital platforms. Ensure compliance with financial SOPs and hotel policies.

4. Coordination



Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs. Follow up on pending tasks to ensure smooth guest experience. Report maintenance issues to Engineering and ensure resolution.

5. Guest Experience Enhancement



Maintain high standards of hospitality and service etiquette. Monitor guest feedback and share insights with supervisors. Upsell rooms and hotel services whenever possible. Ensure VIP arrivals are handled with special attention.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management. 1-3 years of experience in Front Office or similar role. Good command of English and local languages. Proficiency in hotel PMS/IDS, Opera, or similar software. Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
