Job Description

Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering excellent guest service by handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and addressing guest requests and concerns. The role is key in creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process Handle room reservations, cancellations, and amendments Maintain accurate guest records in PMS (Opera / IDS / similar systems) Coordinate with Housekeeping for room availability and status Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally Upsell rooms and hotel services where applicable Handle billing, cash, and credit card transactions accurately Maintain front desk reports and shift handover logs Ensure compliance with hotel policies and SOPs Assist with guest registration, ID verification, and documentation

Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric attitude Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts Problem-solving and multitasking abilities Basic computer knowledge and PMS familiarity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
