Job Description

The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering excellent guest service at the reception desk. This role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, attending to guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth front office operation with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently Maintain accurate guest records and registration details Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness Handle billing, payments, and cash/credit transactions Answer phone calls and respond to guest emails professionally Upsell hotel rooms and services when applicable Ensure front desk area is neat, presentable, and organized Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and security procedures Handle wake-up calls, messages, and concierge assistance Prepare daily reports and shift handover to the next shift

Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a pleasant personality Good computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling Flexible to work in shifts
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
