Equipment & Systems:
Operate office machines like printers, photocopiers, and possibly manage basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Skills:
Excellent communication (written/verbal), strong organizational & multitasking abilities, problem-solving, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
Qualities:
Professional presentation, reliability, discretion, ability to stay calm under pressure, and a friendly demeanor.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is often required.
