Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a pleasant appearance.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain and update office contact lists and directories.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth internal communication.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and monitor access to the premises.
Manage office supplies and place orders as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
