Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.).
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in front office/receptionist role preferred (hospitality or corporate).
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
