Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently using the hotel management system
Manage reservations and room allocations
Respond to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth room assignments
Handle billing and payment processes
Maintain front desk security and data confidentiality
Assist guests with travel arrangements and concierge services
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Well-groomed, pleasant personality with a professional demeanor
Fluency in English and local language
