Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel software.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
Address guest concerns, complaints, or emergencies promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and payments.
Monitor lobby and ensure a clean, organized front desk area.
Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and services.
Uphold hotel policies, security standards, and guest confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality degree/diploma preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
