We are looking for a professional and courteous

Front Office Executive

to manage guest relations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth front desk operation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality to provide a pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests. Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data entry in the hotel software. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs. Handle billing, payments, and prepare invoices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
