Front Office Executive( Hospitality)

Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Executive to be the face of our establishment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and handle all check-in/check-out procedures. Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle guest requests promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel services. Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions accurately. Maintain records, guest feedback, and ensure timely reporting. Resolve guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and hotel management software knowledge (e.g., PMS like IDS, Opera) Pleasant personality and grooming Customer service orientation Multitasking and time management

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate (preferably in Hotel Management or Hospitality) 0-3 years of experience in front office/reception roles Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Work Environment:



Shift-based duty (including weekends and holidays) Hotel front desk / reception area
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
