Job Description

Reception Management:

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Telephone Management:

Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.

Administrative Support:

Managing schedules, organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and preparing outgoing mail.

Customer Service:

Handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing assistance to clients and visitors.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Performing light data entry, maintaining records, and updating databases as needed.

Communication:

Communicating with related persons and take follow-ups

Inventory Management

Logistic and Supply chain handle

Payments follow-up and petty cash

transport management

Perfect into word ,Excel and good into calculations

Excellent communication skills


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,649.89 - ₹35,213.00 per month
