Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

  • Provide initial counseling to the walk-in students
  • Should be responsible to assist the Managers.
  • Handling office Administration Activities.
  • Handle Front office management.
  • Should be responsible for calling, handling reception calls, filing work , attendance and other administrative work.
  • Responsible for answering calls, taking messages and greeting callers
  • Managing all office facilities and related administration work.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsible for ordering, managing office supplies and for maintaining inventory.
Required Skills:
  • Any bachelors degree. Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Ms Word, Ms Excel.
Work Timings: 09:30 am - 07:30 pm (Strict Timings)6 days a week (Sunday Holiday)Indian Holidays as proposed by managementJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
