Job Description

  • Front desk management
  • Welcoming all guests and visitor.
  • Housekeeping Management.
  • Answer all incoming calls, & redirect them accordingly.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and deliver them to the concerned person/department
  • Assist in supervising day to day operations of admin/HR department.
  • Maintaining Admin related registers and documents
  • Coordinate with maintenance dept for repair and servicing of office equipment when necessary
  • Quotation from vendors when necessary
  • Making transportation, Travel, Hotel arrangements for material/personnel
  • Co-ordinating with HR to organize internal and external events.
  • Assist HR for documentation.
