Answer all incoming calls, & redirect them accordingly.
Receive letters, packages etc. and deliver them to the concerned person/department
Assist in supervising day to day operations of admin/HR department.
Maintaining Admin related registers and documents
Coordinate with maintenance dept for repair and servicing of office equipment when necessary
Quotation from vendors when necessary
Making transportation, Travel, Hotel arrangements for material/personnel
Co-ordinating with HR to organize internal and external events.
Assist HR for documentation.
