Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, guests, or clients warmly and professionally.
Manage check-in/check-out procedures (if in hospitality).
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Schedule and confirm appointments or reservations.
Maintain visitor records and issue badges (if applicable).
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, or other departments (in hospitality settings).
Assist with basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensure front office equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or front office role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with front desk systems (PMS/CRM) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
