Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Provide information about the company, services, and local attractions.
Administrative and operational duties:-
Manage the reception and waiting area to keep it clean and organized.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Monitor and order office supplies.
Front desk and guest relations :-
Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle reservations and cancellations.
Collect payments and settle bills.
Manage guest accounts and maintain up-to-date hotel records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
