Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Manage check-in and check-out procedures for guests or clients
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times
