Job Description

Guest services:

Greet visitors and guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and handle inquiries and requests to provide a welcoming and professional experience.

Reservations:

Manage room bookings, cancellations, and changes, often using hotel or company software.

Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, acting as the first point of contact for the organization.

Administrative support:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence and visitor logs.

Front desk operations:

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, handle payments and billing, and coordinate with other departments like housekeeping or maintenance.

Problem-solving:

Address guest issues and complaints and work to resolve them efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
