Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Uphold high standards of customer service and hotel policies
Requirements:
Prior experience in front office/guest relations preferred (hospitality background a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Pleasant personality with a guest-first approach
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
