Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage room reservations and update PMS (Property Management System) Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions Answer phone calls and direct inquiries promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations Handle guest complaints politely and ensure timely resolution Maintain front desk cleanliness and readiness Process payments and maintain cash float Prepare daily reports and handover notes

Requirements:



Male candidates preferred (as per operational requirement) Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office / Guest Service (freshers with good communication also accepted) Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages an advantage) Good grooming standards and professional appearance Knowledge of hotel PMS software preferred Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
