The Front Office Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing front desk operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries efficiently. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming first impression and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a courteous and timely manner
Maintain guest records and process payments and billing accurately
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
