Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Provide information about rooms, rates, hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Manage guest complaints, resolve issues, or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.
Front Desk Operations
Manage room assignments and update room status in the PMS.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including billing and posting of charges.
Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations as per hotel policy.
Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.
Communication & Coordination
Answer telephone calls and respond to email queries professionally.
Maintain daily front office reports and handover notes.
Ensure proper coordination for VIP arrivals, special requests, and group check-ins.
Safety & Compliance
Follow hotel SOPs, policies, and grooming standards.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience in Front Office or customer service roles is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel PMS.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Work Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Standing for long periods when attending front desk operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
