Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
Resolve guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and professional manner.
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
