Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and timely manner
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors in person and via phone/email
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Handle visitor access, maintain security protocols, and issue visitor badges when required
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
