Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate guest records in the WINHMS system.
Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for seamless service.
Manage cash and billing transactions accurately.
Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
Assist in daily front office reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Graduate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
1-2 years' experience in hotel front office or guest services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
