Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements.
Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and billing.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
