Job Description

Guest Services:

Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; provide information; handle check-ins/outs (in hotels).

Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; manage general inquiries.

Scheduling:

Book and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.

Administrative Support:

Copy, scan, file documents; sort mail; manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Office Management:

Monitor and order office supplies; maintain a tidy reception area.

Clerical Tasks:

Update databases, handle payments, take orders (depending on industry).
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently. Proficiency with office software and equipment. Professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
