We are looking for a pleasant and professional

Front Office Assistant

to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent guest support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should create a positive and welcoming impression of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently Assist with check-in and check-out procedures Coordinate with housekeeping, accounts, and other departments as required Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance Assist guests/customers with queries, requests, and complaints promptly Support management with daily operational requirements

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication Guest handling and customer service skills Front desk operations & reception management Telephone etiquette and call handling Check-in / Check-out procedures Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Team coordination and inter-department communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
