Room Assignment & Management
Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
Coordinate with housekeeping to update room status (clean, occupied, out-of-service).
Cashiering & Billing
Verify payment methods, process transactions (cash, card, vouchers).

Reservations & Upselling
Handle new bookings, modify existing ones, and maintain reservation records.
Promote room upgrades and additional services
Communication & Coordination
Answer phone and email inquiries; record and relay messages promptly.
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, bell staff, and other departments.
VIP & Guest Relations
Provide personalized attention to VIP guests, handling special requests and packaging amenities.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Complete shift handovers, log operational notes in logbooks.
Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and financial transactions.
Compliance & Standards
Adhere to hotel policies: cash handling, credit, health, safety, and emergency procedures.
Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, professional lobby and reception area.
Training & Development
Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning.
Offer support within the front office team, assisting colleagues as needed.
